Aside from regular maintenance, result-upload, bug-fixing, customer-support on email, Instagram and paying AWS & GoDaddy bills on time. Following were the progress areas:

JFM

• Refactored the entire codebase for making onboarding more programmes easier. It was an enormous initiative. Took a lot of time.
• Got more organised with PDFs. Completely segregated more than 4.5K PDFs by programmes. Thereby the “IPU Ranklist Master Sheet” was born.
• 📚 Shifted to assets3 i.e. PDF segregation based on programmes (contrary to assets2 which segregated PDFs based on batches), to improve maintainability.
• Onboarded USIT B.Tech.
• Added the subject-wise ranklist feature.

AMJ

• Onboarded B.Com. Had to write another variant (Jordan) of the parsing algorithm (Jimmy).
• 📛 B.Tech. result was announces 3 batches at once, infra crashed into pieces.
• Scaled up the website infra to accommodate way more traffic. Big win.
• 💰 First $100 from AdSense got credited. Yay!

JAS

• Completed upscaling the infra. Switched to reserved ec2 instance.
• Onboarded B.Ed., LLB., B.A., BHMCT
• Improved the front-end to make it dynamically support the increasing amount of courses.
