Aside from regular maintenance, result-upload, bug-fixing, customer-support on email, Instagram and paying AWS & GoDaddy bills on time, following were the progress areas:

JFM

• The Instagram bot mostly stopped working because of login issues (Instagram starts asking for second-factor when login happens frequently).
• Received a proposal to purchase IPU Ranklist from a web company started by IPU Alumni.

AMJ

• Completely switched to GA-4 (Google Analytics 4).
• The dreaded night of May 20th, 2023, after which everything changed.
• Added an important missing index in the prod DB which improved average API latency. Also added a few new course codes and institutes for existing courses.
• The new trend of PDF formats made it clear that Jonathan style PDFs are the new standard in IPU. Used the scaffolded Jonathan parser to upload many results; At the same time I…
• Started work on the New Parsing Layer. About 40-50 hours of work was put in, this quarter.
• Created a new LinkedIn page for IPU Ranklist, and made a few posts there. Including the post about June 2023, the most profitable month for the website with the highest amount of traffic.
• Onboarded new courses: B.Des., M.Des. & M.Plan.

JAS

• Minor improvements in the scaffolded Jonathan parser. Only enough to ensure that parsing of existing result PDFs doesn’t get blocked.
• About 60 hours of work put in into the New Parsing Layer, this quarter.
• Took backups of DB & PDFs.
